companies. Columbia Real Estate Services is the corporate structure,
and was started in 1980. Shirley Baenen developed the company and
operated a Real Estate Appraisal firm in Kittitas County under Columbia
Consultants until 2000. The current real estate services provided
are described under Appraisal Services and Virtual Realty Listings.
The
activities of Columbia Real Estate Education are described under
